Kinesthetic Intelligence is your body's innate wisdom. It's your "brain" in all of your muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, etc. Your sense of proprioception has a lot to teach you about not only reducing pain and strain but intentionally improving your emotional and mental health. The good news, is you can increase your "KI"!
